K series engine, new timing belt and water pump

Looking to sell my standard K series, covered 100k miles, 5k in my ownership over the past year. No signs of HGF, coolant still spot on after a year of use.

Replacement cambelt, water pump and tensioner within the past 2k miles.

Selling as I’ve fitted a Duratec, and don’t really want to store another engine.
