K Series cylinder head with Piper 270 cams and adjustable pulleys

Taken from a series 2 Elise with 30k miles, which had the Bell & Colville 160 conversion.

Lightly ported. Stripped, pressure tested, skimmed, new valve stem oil seals, cam seals and rebuilt a few years ago but not used since.

Ready to fit.
