2002 Lotus Elise S2 K-Series – 79,500 Miles – Extensive Work & Brand-New Interior
Reluctantly for sale is my 2002 Lotus Elise S2, fitted with the original lightweight K-Series engine.
Well maintained example that has had all of the important age-related work these cars require taken care of, including head gasket and upgraded aluminium radiator.
In addition a number of worthwhile upgrades and improvements – notably Nitron adjustable suspension, upgraded brakes and a Janspeed Exhaust.
Considerable time and money invested in keeping the car in top condition, used regularly for road trips to Europe and the occasional track day.
Fully refurbished interior, which has completely refreshed the cabin and makes the car feel far newer and more special from behind the wheel.
Mechanically, the car has been maintained and improved with the intention of making it a dependable, enjoyable Elise that can simply be driven and enjoyed.
The early K-Series S2 is a fantastic example of what the Elise is all about – lightweight, communicative, simple and engaging to drive.
