Elise S1 alloy engine/boot separator panel

Elise S1 boot separator panel form 96-98 boot bag type Elise.

Not perfect as it has 2 holes that are bent about at the bottom, would be fine with some repair washers probably. And, some dremmel marks around the top holes for reasons unknown. None of these things are visible once fitted. See pictures for a better idea of the condition.
