Snap off quick release steering wheel with spacer

Snap off quick release steering wheel boss with key and spacer.

The spacer bolts directly to the splinter adaptor off a standard steering wheel.
The horn wires need replacing which is easy enough, one threaded hole has lost the first couple threads however plenty further down so will tighten up fine with a longer bolt.
