Once fitted, these allow use of lift point C for jacking or supporting the car without having to remove the undertray; and if used with a 2 post lift, prevent any chance of the car toppling over backwards when removing the front wheels having used lift point A instead.
They are the correct size to match the crossmember, anything larger resulting in them not being flush with the sides of the chassis, as it tapers forward from the mounting point.
To fit them you simply remove the undertray, undo the outer crossmember bolt nearest the sill, and fit in place using the supplied replacement longer bolt, with the 'larger' side of the puck pointing inwards towards the centre of the car, so that the support is between the bolts.
They will fit all models/variants of the S1, S2 & S3 Elise/Exige also the VX220 & Europa.
Now includes a pair of good quality 'Jack Point' stickers for marking the undertray, courtesy of 'Divine Handcraft'

This is not something I ever thought I'd do but I have decided to offer my beloved S1 for sale. It's a quick S1 with a 180bhp K series and a B4BP short ratio gearbox. The car has had a large refresh in my ownership since May 2020 and I've enjoyed building it into my dream Elise. Its an early 1998 car with a busy past and large amount of history. The condition of the car inside and out is excellent, a far higher standard than most S1's showing half the mileage of this car.
I will list below the extensive work and upgrades the car has undergone since 2020: Full body strip down and respray in 'B05' Norfolk Mustard yellow. I always wanted a yellow S1 and the car was originally Titanium Silver and had a few colour mismatched panels so I decided to paint it in the best colour for an S1. The bodywork is excellent 4 years on. Whilst the body was stripped, the headlights have been upgraded, rear grills replaced, front grill repainted, tow post blasted and powder coated, stainles…Lotus carbon fibre key rings, my son made this for me as a surprise Xmas prezzie, and we then wondered if there would be a market for them in the Lotus community.
They would be milled out of an off cut of carbon sheet, I've got loads of it thats been used for making parts for my car.
They are 3/4'' wide x 4 1/4'' long (19mm x 108mm) the word 'Lotus' will be exactly as per the one shown, then the model can be anything you want - Exige, Evora, Europa, Elan etc. etc.
I haven't any made as yet, I'll wait to see what the response is like, if they're not of interest, I won't waist my time!
Lotus Exige S3 V6 Coupe - with extras! Plymouth, United Kingdom £42500 2012 Petrol Manual 400 BHP 3.5L 38k miles
it is sadly time to sell to someone who will enjoy it more. If you're looking, then I'm sure you know that the 'Coupe' is the more desirable model over the Roadster, with the aero, hardtop, and stiffer suspension, and this one is a manual.
Upgrades include • This Exige benefits from the larger TVS1900 Supercharger kit from Simply Sports Cars, fitted by Lotus dealer Hoffmans of Henley in 2018. (engine in top condition according to Hoffmans who checked bores, compression at the time). It came with an ECU refresh dongle which will come with the car, not that you'll need it.
• Complimenting this, it also features the 2bular 'Engine protection kit' - beautifully made large bore manifolds, link pipe and backbox. The car came with a 2bular back box and it was crazy Loud! so more recently have had a new QP exhaust fitted along with some attachable si…
These are some of the last parts I have for sale that I've removed during my cars major rebuild, I've replaced most of them with carbon, or just to reduce the weight, I've got the passenger footrest as well, when I can find it in my workshop!
They are all in good condition, with no corrosion obviously as they're anodized.
I'm open to any offers for individual parts, or all of them as one lot.
Postage cost would have to be worked out, depending on size and weight.
To prevent problems with the original plastic dipstick fracturing and ending up in the sump, potentially wrecking the engine, I designed and tested these plugs, the idea being that you fit this in place of the plastic stick, (which you keep on board for checking the oil level) then run at whatever revs. without any worries!
As a bonus it ads a bit of bling to the engine bay!
They're fitted with 3 viton 'O' rings, the handle being secured with a titanium screw.
Elise S2 engine hatch lid stay, I never liked the relatively flimsy original Lotus stay rod, which was bent on my car when I bought it, so I devised this as an improvement.
I used a rose joint as the pivot in place of the gromit, increasing the dia from 6 to 8mm, with a short length of 6mm to fit the existing location at the top end.
I'd bought more material than I needed to try a couple of ideas if one wasn't effective, and also practice bending the 6mm rod, and wondered if anyone else wanted to add a bit of 'useful' bling to their car!
Comes complete with a decent quality rose joint, stainless M6 button head capscrew, washer and nyloc.
Carbon fibre gear knob to fit any K Series engined cars, I didn't make the carbon, but I've turned a bronze insert for them with an M10 x 1.5 thread to fit the gear lever.
I have a few available, insured delivery would be £8.00
The extra weight (160g) of this compared with an ally one also helps with the shift.
Unfortunately the pics don't do it justice, the carbon weave is pefect and has to be seen to be believed!
Transform the gearchange on your k series Elise s1 and s2 with these precision made nylatron gear linkage bushes.
These replace your worn rubber bushes on the cable ends of the gear linkage and the plastic bushes on the bell crank pivot.
When fitted these will give a much more positive feel to the gear change
