Presented for sale is this Lotus Elise S2 Sport 190. One of only 33 of this model, factory built by Lotus Motorsport, this being car #20.

The Elise S2 Sport 190 was arguably the ultimate incarnation of the Elise S2. Featuring the VHPD (Very High Performance Derivative) version of the Rover K-Series engine, with a close-ratio gearbox, in a package weighing just over 800kgs, it delivers exhilerating performance in a finely developed Elise handling package. With around 190bhp on tap, from an engine that loves to rev, the Sport 190 is a highly desirable model, which is at home on road or track.

First registered in April 2003, this rare model Elise has covered 36000 miles, and has 6 recorded previous owners, the last 3 all being within the same family for 15 years.

The car is well presented in Ardent Red paint, with factory painted white stripes and matching hard top roof. An extensive documented service history, demonstrates the vehicle has been well maintained throughout its life. A comprehensive ‘F’ service, including cambelt and water pump, was carried out less than 500 miles ago. With limited use in recent years (covering 2000 miles in the last 4 years), the car is now freshly serviced and MOT’d. The cockpit retains the original Lotus Sport race seats with Schroth 4-point harnesses, and OE alloy trims, whilst a Reverie carbon fibre engine cover sets off the factory carbon intake plenum in the engine bay.
