At 770 kgs this is one of the lightest cars on the road and mated to the short ratio gearbox the car feels really eager and fast.
I test drove quite a few before I bought this car about 11 years ago. The major head work by the previous owner gave me peace of mind (and no problems in 11 years).
The Gaz Monotubes give a great ride with awesome handling and the adjustment makes it really fun to play with the balance. While only a single adjuster for bump and rebound, this makes it really simple to stiffen or soften the damping. These were fully refurbished last year and are as new.
Lots of paperwork, serviced every year by me. Last major (belts) service was october 2019 at Analogue Automotive. Only done 2000 miles since.
Garaged and covered for the last 5 years. This a chance to own a piece of Lotus history. It was never meant to be a garage queen and I’m selling due to lack of use.
