After 15 years, I’m selling my Honda Elise S1. Family commitments, other hobbies and just life in general mean that I just don’t have the time to spend with the car any more. It’s time to move on and let someone else have some fun.

I’ve always had it as a Honda converted car. The Honda conversion was originally performed by BLiNK Motorsport in Cheshire, by the previous owner, but has been overhauled by Dan at HPE Automotive in 2023. See spec and pictures for details.

The car is beautiful to drive and an absolute hoot on the road or track.

The bad bits:

Cosmetically, the bodywork and wheels are OK but not great. I’ve tried to include some “warts and all” pictures. Expect plenty of stone chips and marks on the bodywork. This is no garage queen (although it spends most of its life tucked up in there now!).

I’m sure it would look amazing with a respray but I still get plenty of complements when at track days or on the road on how amazing it looks.

Mechanically, I think all the key bits are fine. It could do with a new set of tyres soon, and I’m sure it would benefit from a suspension refresh but then there’s always something… Still, this is a sorted Honda conversion with close ratio box, LSD, great gear shift, carbon seats, Nitrons etc.

I’ve tried to be as open as possible with the description and detail in the pictures. Let me know if you have any questions. I might even be able to get some better exterior pictures if it ever stops raining.
