We have a selection of rebuilt and uprated gearboxes on the shelf, ready to go.

1. PG1 vapour blasted gear casings x3 – see images – look like absolute new, not painted!
2. EC60 (2ZR) with shorter final drive.  Final drive reduced from 4.294 to 4.562 to improve the very long gearing.  Have one with standard open diff, and one with Quaife ATB LSD.  Both boxes have our phosphor bronze gear selector upgrade.  (The LSD box has some cosmetic damage to the inside of the bellhousing where a flywheel failed).
3. EA60 (2GR V6).  One ex-311 gearbox, with factory LSD (Quaife), Sport ratios, and our phosphor bronze gear selector upgrade.  One ex-Exige gearbox with Quaife LSD, selector upgrade, and Komo-Tec short final drive – suit track car due to near straight cut final drive noise.

All gearboxes have been inspected and rebuilt with replacement parts where required, and new steel cage bearings and seals.

Or we can rebuild your gearbox to whatever spec you want – including change of ratios, final drive, synchro and selector upgrades, differential.
