Lotus Elise S1, 1998/ R
Chrome orange, 41k miles, Service history with stamped book and receipts. Just serviced with Cambelt change.
Standard spec 118bhp engine. Sports exhaust and short shift gear lever. Mechanically sound and drives as it should. MOT to Oct 2026
Early model with perfect MMC discs with good pads, Alloy uprights, Aluminium engine cover.
Black leather trim, VGC Black roof, Updated cant rails and updated rear screen. Working Cobra 6422 alarm/ immobiliser. Sony radio.
Clean wishbones, running on Koni shocks and drives as it should. (Free set of Nitrons included (1 needing refurb).
Receipts for Starter motor, Speedo sensor, Clutch slave, Catalyst, Lambda, Battery, Steering rack boots, Ball joints, Coolant temp sensor, Radiator fan, ARB bushes, ARB drop links, Clutch hose. Needs a new driving lamp as one is cracked (but works).
Chassis replaced in July 1998 by Peter Smith Lotus. Not recorded as a loss, Not categorised. Not stolen/ recovered, HPI clear.
Front bonnet and drivers had some lacquer spots which have been rubbed down. Not a garage queen just a good, low mileage, useable Elise.
(Under-tray off due to O2 sensor change, passenger foot rest & centre divider removed for cleaning, it’s not missing)
