Complete 2bular exhaust system removed from a Lotus Elise SC.
The bundle includes:
- 45mm 4-1 Stepped Manifold (see https://www.2bular.com/elise-sc-2zz-ge/elise-sc-2zz-ge-45mm-4-1-manifold):
- 3-diameter stepped primary layout.
- 10mm stainless steel head flange with laser-cut expansion slots.
- TIG-welded merge collector.
- HJS HD 200-Cell Catalyser (see https://www.2bular.com/elise-sc-2zz-ge/elise-sc-2zz-ge-4-1-manifold):
- 121mm diameter directional flow core.
- Euro 6 specification with high-density precious metal coating.
- Compatible with factory T4 ECU (no CEL/EML).
- 7″ Diameter Road System (Backbox) (see https://www.2bular.com/elise-sc-2zz-ge/elise-sc-2zz-ge-7diameter-road-system):
- Straight-through design, 7-inch canister diameter.
- Sized to match the 2bular manifold/cat bore.
Total new replacement cost is £2,475.60.
Condition:
- Manifold: Structurally sound. No cracks in the collector or flange welds. Surface shows typical heat-cycling discoloration. Cleaned to remove storage grime.
- Catalyser: Internal honeycomb core is intact with no visible melting or deterioration.
- Backbox: Polished finish. Minor surface marks/scratches present from previous use.
- Hardware: Includes new exhaust tip bracket and new cat-to-backbox joining bracket. Original used gaskets included.
- Tip: Additionally supplied with a single-exit tip configured for an Elise Cup-style diffuser (Note: tip is non-2bular).
