S2 Elise Alternator

Back in 2010 – I swapped out my old K Series for a replacement K Series. 2001 S2 Elise.

This alternator was on my old ening which was scrap, but having only replaced it less than 1000 miles earlier, I kept it as a spare.

The new engine came with its own alternator already mated to it which I left alone.

So wrapped this one in bubble wrap, popped it on the shelf in my dry and heated basement, and forgot about it. It’s sat in the warm and dry ever since.

The one on my engine is still going strong, so I’ll likely jinx it now by selling the spare, but it’s currently just sat there not doing much, so available if anyone needs one.

Please take a look at the photos. I note that there is a little bit of damage around the electrical socket on the side, but doesnt stop the plug attaching in securly.
