Made up 10 sets of bushes as whilst a few on line retailers have these listed, they don’t carry stock and the lead time seems to be unknown.

This sale is for x4 bushes (complete car set).
These are made from Stainless Steel Type 431 (very hard and superior corrosion resistance to other stainless steels).
They are oversized by 0.01mm (25.01mm as opposed to 25.00mm for OE) to allow a better transition fit on our older cars. Please see my ‘door hinge bush wear’ thread in technical forum for videos of my install and some more images.

Using these slightly oversized bushes on my 1999 111s has stopped the door “drooping” the 5-10mm it was before fitting them even with a set of new plain bearings fitted (A111U6025F). It is strongly recommended to fit a set of these relatively cheap plain bearings at the same time.
Not planning on production running these as I just wanted some for myself really, but once the machine is set up then easy enough to run them off until ran out of material (hence there being an extra 2 bushes!).
