Plastic engine vent louvres grilles

A set of 4 engine cover louvres from a 2002 S2.  They’re not in amazing condition.  The from the top, the louvres look fine but underneath, the fixing plastic is damaged/missing.  I’m sure some creative gluing would work.

I didn’t remove these, they came with my old car.
