Looking for a soft top to fit Exige v6

Time has come to part with my pride and joy.

This Metallic Black Lotus Elise with Biscuit interior has been in my care for the past 7.5 years. Throughout that time, it's been meticulously maintained by Shaun at Essex AutoSport.

It recently had a major service and was given a clean bill of health. MOT is valid until March 2026.

It’s a fantastic car with low mileage. It features a cold air intake and a 2bular exhaust—both fitted by a previous owner. The exhaust gives the 1.8 engine a lovely, raspy note, so I’ve happily kept them on.

Why am I selling? Like the classic line goes: “I just don’t get the chance to use it.” A quick look at the MOT history confirms that.

An original unmodified car apart from Elise Parts uprated rear tie rods. Comprehensive annual service record from new by Lotus main and specialist Lotus dealers. Recent new V105 tyres and brake pads plus full suspension alignment. Excellent paint with full front and side ppf. No wheel scuffs. Supplied with nearly new Specialised outdoor cover.

These are some of the last parts I have for sale that I've removed during my cars major rebuild, I've replaced most of them with carbon, or just removed them to reduce weight! They are all in good condition, with no corrosion obviously as they're anodized. I'm open to any offers for individual parts, or all of them as one lot.

Postage cost would have to be worked out, depending on size and weight.

To prevent problems with the original plastic dipstick fracturing and ending up in the sump, potentially wrecking the engine, I designed and tested these plugs, the idea being that you fit this in place of the plastic stick, (which you keep on board for checking the oil level) then run at whatever revs. without any worries!

As a bonus it ads a bit of bling to the engine bay!

They're fitted with 3 viton 'O' rings, the handle being secured with a titanium screw.

ProAlloy uprated intercooler kit complete with cold air induction. Very good condition, fitted for less than a year. Complete with every nut/bolt etc and left partly constructed, saving fitting time. Instructions present. New over £1300, price includes postage to a UK address.

Carbon fibre gear knob to fit any K Series engined cars, I didn't make the carbon, but I've turned a bronze insert for them with an M10 x 1.5 thread to fit the gear lever.

The extra weight (160g) of this compared with an ally one also helps with the shift.

Unfortunately the pics don't do it justice, the carbon weave is pefect and has to be seen to be believed!

A last, a Cup 250 in a decent colour! In the flesh, Exige Orange really pops. I'm the 3rd owner and purchased from B&C on 27/08/2021. Aside from 2 issues within my first 2 weeks of ownership it's been fault free. Superb condition with low miles and full FLSH. Includes hardtop with padded storage bag.
