For sale is my silver 1999 Lotus Elise S1 111s first registered in July 1999 with just over 63,234 miles and a full, documented service history.
The car has been meticulously maintained and cared for throughout its life. As well as the full-service history there are numerous receipts for all work done on the car from 1999 to present day.
This Elise had been sitting in a storage unit for 10 years after the owner pasted away and I acquired it at auction late June 2023. It was then dry stored it until being fully recommissioned by Scott-Russell Sports cars in June 2024 including brand new Yokohama AD08R S1 tyres that have less than 1100 miles on them. Carbon Fibre Gear Knob
Carbon fibre gear knob to fit any K Series engined cars, I didn't make the carbon, but I've turned a bronze insert for them with an M10 x 1.5 thread to fit the gear lever.
I have a few available, insured delivery would be £8.00
The extra weight (160g) of this compared with an ally one also helps with the shift.
Unfortunately the pics don't do it justice, the carbon weave is pefect and has to be seen to be believed!
Ultra Close Ratio (UCR), 3 gear kit for a PG1 gearbox.
I am sure some on this group will know me, Andrew Goater, regarding PG1 gearbox building. Over the last 10 or more years, I have supplied numerous B4BP close ratio gearboxes for Lotus cars on this group.
For racing the B4BP is too long gears. In a similar way that Lotus have their own UCR gear in the 340R cars, I have had custom made a 3 gear (6 sprocket) kit which uses the original C ratio gears 1 and 2 but a very close ratio 3, 4 and 5. The intention is you only use 1st gear off the line and 2 to 5 are very close. It fits a C6BP 3.9 final drive box and on 16" wheels gives a top speed of 125mph. If you use bigger wheels or your engine revs more than 7500rpm a 4.2 final drive can be used.
The gears are helical and are the same tooth design as the original gears. So, unlike using straight cut, these are quiet.

K Series dipstick plug
To prevent problems with the original plastic dipstick fracturing and ending up in the sump, potentially wrecking the engine, I designed and tested these plugs, the idea being that you fit this in place of the plastic stick, (which you keep on board for checking the oil level) then run at whatever revs. without any worries!
As a bonus it ads a bit of bling to the engine bay!
They're fitted with 3 viton 'O' rings, the handle being secured with a titanium screw.
Audi S1 Quattro (Rare)
Up for sale is my much-loved and cared for Audi S1 which needs to go as the Cockapoo needs a bigger vehicle to ride around in (bloody dog is costing me a fortune). These will be a future classic given they were only made between 2014 to 2018. This one has had all the known weakspots addressed including new thermostat housing and water pump, new SACHS Organic uprated Clutch and new Dual Mass Flywheel.
Brakes have been updated to VBT "J Hook" discs with EBC Yellowstuff pads along with Braided lines and Castrol SRF Racing Fluid to maximise the stopping needed for the power of this car has.
The Car also has a Eventuri air-intake and Miltek (Non-Resonated) Cat Back Exhaust which is integrated with the Dynamic/Auto/Efficiency valve system mode to adjust the amount of volume and burble from the tailpipe. It's not a ASBO scare your neighbours exhaust, but does certainly make a nice noise compared to the stock system.
