Hayabusa Fisher Fury Track Car - Rebuilt for IVA
Fisher Fury with independent rear suspension chassis and Lightweight classic body. Originally built in 2005 by the Kit Car Workshop for the previous owner and enjoyed by current owner on track since 2008. Fully rebuilt for IVA and has been on track, only a small amount of fibre glass work needed to the body (wheel arches) to make it ready for IVA. This is my husband’s car but he’s lost all interest in it since I sold my Lotus!
Standard Gen 1 1299cc Hayabusa engine with dry sump and Electric Water pump
MBE9A4 ECU with harness, upgraded fuel rail, HP Pump and fuel swirl pot and Wide Band Lambda controller and tuned by Day Tuner.
Chris Tullett custom 2” stainless Exhaust system with 4-2-1 headers, catalytic convertor and large repack-able silencer for track day noise compliance.
HiSpec Ultralite 4 pot front callipers and Ultralite 2 pot rear’s with handbrake
Twin master cylinder with locked balance bar,
Compomotive Lightweight CXR wheels 6 x 13 and 7 x 13, with new Toyo R888 tyres.
Lightweight front wheel hubs, with inboard coil-over suspension and Burton Steering Rack clamps,
Muffett LSD diff with integrated reversing gear.
Aim MXL Pista dash / datalogger.
Autowatch 171ii CAT2 immobilizer
280mm Quick Release Momo Steering Wheel and paddle shifter.
Mog Carbon seats and Sabelt 4 point harnesses with pads.
6.5 gallon OBP fuel tank
Head lamp covers available but not fitted
Overall weight is 600 kg.
Looks, drives, sounds and handles superbly and is at home on the track. However, all components are IVA compliant, including lights, switches, seat belts etc. and has been built ready for IVA test. Will easily make an exciting road car. Mechanics/electics all sorted, only the body (namely the wheel arches) need a little work to make the car ready for the IVA test.
