It’s an original 111s
Lotus Sport MOMO removable steering wheel
Recent Toyo Proxies fitted.
Always been regularly serviced.
Lots of upgrades added over the years including PTP lightweight flywheel, Quick shift, Trophy Throttle Body, PRRT, Alloy Radiator, HID lights (Elise-Shop), Hurricane Induction kit always kept clean and oiled
Lots of key bits replaced just to keep it A1. Gear cables/bushes. handbrake cables, heater fan and matrix.
Floor corrosion recall has been done. (Driver’s door seal replaced at the same time).
Head gasket went 3500 miles ago. was replaced with a Payen Blue gasket with steel dowels c/w new inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets & New bolts.
Lightened flywheel (PTP) was fitted (new bolts) while the clam was off with a fresh clutch and the engine bay was generally tidied up including painting and preserving of the roll bar and full replacement of the heat shields with Nimbus.
Bodywork is in great condition, The driver’s door recently had some osmosis bubbles and light scratches fixed. Rest of the car is very sharp.
Sits on Bell and Colvill supplied S2 Bilstein Lotus “enhancement kit”.
The leather including steering wheel is really nicely aged. It has been kept fed and looked after so it feels and smells really nice.
I spent a long time looking for this car when I bought it & it really is a very good straight example.
I bought it in 2004 (I am the 4th owner) & it’s always been garaged.
